How long to cook your marinated Pork Chops?

It will depend on thick your pork chop. I like to use a meat thermometer to ensure that the pork chops are cooked through. Here is a general rule to follow when cooking the pork chops.

  • Cook pork chops in preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature of 145 degrees F is reached for the pork chops. You might have to continue baking if temperature hasn’t reach 145 degrees F.
  • Switch the oven to the broiler setting and broil for 3-5 minutes to brown the tops of the pork chops slightly.
  • Remove the pork from the pan.
