  1. YES!!! I have been waiting to make this soup after trying some at a lunch spot with my MIL. I have made other recipes from this site, so I thought I would give this a try. I am so glad I did! My house smells amazing, and the food did not disappoint! The noodles cook great in the crock pot! Thank you for a new recipe to add to my “approved” binder! When my picky 15 year old goes back for a second bowl, it is definitely a keeper!!

  2. 4 stars
I made this soup today, it is very tasty but not a thick soup. I doubled the recipe so I don’t know if that is why it was brothy but it does have alot of flavor

  3. 5 stars
I used ground Italian sausage instead of ground beef and it elevated the flavor! This is a great recipe.

  4. This looks delicious just like all your other recipes. Can you use the no-boil noodles in this recipe?

  5. Making this now! I’m sure it’s going to taste delish! I used a mix with beef, veal and pork and using whole wheat lasagna noodles because that’s all I have on hand. Thanks for sharing this!

  6. 5 stars
Will my 5-quart crockpot work for this? Love lasagna soup! Can’t wait to try this recipe!

  7. I haven’t tried it yet, but I think it would work great cooking them in the crock pot.
