We love making our own fajita seasoning.
If you are like us and use a ton of fajita seasoning, stop buying those packets and make your own.

This cooking method worked out really well. I normally use a George Foreman grill for fajitas, but not anymore! I used a fajita marinade recipe rather than fajita spice. Added the garlic and substituted parsley for cilantro. Chicken turned out moist and delicious. I used 2 sheet pans.
Woohoo! I’m so glad you enjoyed them!
Does everything go on one sheet? Sounds like two sheets?
My family and I love fajitas so I usually make them every week lol. I love this recipe because most ingredients I already normally have on hand so it makes it very affordable and easy. Although I always make my own fajita seasoning. Plus it tastes so good and takes less than 30 minutes to make!
