Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-7 hours until the potatoes are tender.
Serve warm with a slotted spoon and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. You can use Yellow Gold Potatoes or New Potatoes instead of the Red potatoes in this recipe. Frozen green beans can be used instead of fresh.
