If you need to bring a vegetable tray to your Easter dinner, make this Easter Veggie Tray. Skip the store bought tray and make this festive veggie tray.
Pour the ranch dip in a bowl and place it in the middle of a serving tray. Then add the bunny ears to the tray by forming the outline of the ears with ritz crackers and filling in the center of the ears with the sliced red bell peppers.
Make the face of the bunny by placing the cherry tomato in the center of the bowl of drip. Then use the olives to make the eyes of the bunny. Then cut the remaining olives into pieces and use these pieces to make the bunny smile. Cut some of the celery into thin strips and use that to form the whiskers of the bunny.
Fill in the rest of the try with the remaining veggies: carrots, celery, cucumber slices, broccoli and cauliflower. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
It’s best to serve this tray right after preparing. Store the leftover veggies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Keep the leftover dip in a separate container, covered for up to 5 days.
