Cream Cheese

Spicy Ground Sausage

Cheddar Cheese

Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles

Instructions
Brown the spicy sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Break up the sausage as it cooks. Drain off the excess grease.
Add the browned ground sausage and the remaining ingredients to a crock pot.
Cook on low for 1-2 hours until the cheese is melted and all the ingredients are combined.
Serve with chips and enjoy!
