*Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 4-5 days. *I prefer boneless pork chops for this recipe but bone in will work as well. *Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the pork is cooked to a safe temperature without over cooking the pork chops. *I love serving this over mashed potatoes but it's also great over rice or pasta too!
