Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts

can of black beans
Rinsed and Drained

cup
frozen corn
1/2
onion
chopped
(1) 8
oz.
can of diced tomatoes with green chilies

cups
chicken broth

Tablespoons
Taco Seasoning

teaspoon
Garlic Salt

Cream Cheese
Diced into small pieces
Instructions
Place all the ingredients except for the cream cheese in a 6 quart crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Shred the chicken and stir it into the crock pot.
Stir in the cream cheese, cover and cook on low for 1 hour or on high for 30 minutes to melt the cream cheese.
Top with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for 5-7 days.
