Pour the olive oil the bottom of the crockpot. Place chicken in the crockpot.
In a small bowl mix together teriyaki sauce and ranch dressing.
Pour over chicken. Toss crumbled bacon over top (reserve some for topping).
Cook on low for about 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Remove the chicken, shred and return it back into the crock pot.
Top with the shredded cheese and the reserve bacon.
Cover and cook on low until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Chicken: We made this recipe with chicken breasts but you can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs as well. Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
