Ingredients

Andouille Sausage
Cut into 1 in. pieces
16

penne pasta

red bell pepper
diced

can
can of crushed tomatoes
14.5 oz.

Italian Seasoning

minced garlic

water

cup
milk

parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet, add the sausage and the red pepper. Brown over medium heat until the sausage is browned and the peppers start to get soft.
Add in the pasta, milk, tomatoes, seasonings, and then add enough water to just slightly cover the pasta (about 2 cups).
Simmer over medium heat (with the lid on) until the pasta is soft (about 10 minutes). Remove the lid.
Mix in the cheese and stir to melt.
Serve immediately.
Notes
This mom loves a one pot meal. You only have one dish to clean. Enjoy this dish and the lack of cleanup!
