Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts
1
cup
salsa
(we used picante)
1
Tablespoon
Taco Seasoning
(we use our Homemade Taco Seasoning)

water
Instructions
Place chicken (frozen) in the instant pot.
Cover with water, salsa, and taco seasoning.
Place the lid on and make sure the nob is set to sealing.
Click the manual button and turn it to 15 minutes (20 minutes if you have 4 or more chicken breasts)
Do the quick release to relase the pressusre.
Remove the chicken and shred.
Return to the instant pot and stir. Then switch the instant pot to the sauté setting and cook off the additional liquid in the instant pot.
Add to your favorite taco shells or tortillas. Top with your favorite toppings.
