Cheddar Jalapeno Cornbread Recipe
You have to try this easy cheddar jalapeno cornbread recipe. It is the perfect blend of spicy and sweet and your family will love this cornbread recipe.

Ingredients

packages
cornbread mix
(or homemade cornbread mix)
1 1/3

milk
(accoridng to directions)
1/2
cup
cheddar cheese
1/4
cup
cheddar cheese
(to top)

fresh jalapeno
(seeded and diced)
Instructions
Heat up your oven to 400 degrees.
Place your 9X9 metal baking pan in the oven with a tablespoon of butter. You want your pan hot when you put in the cornbread.
Combine the mixes, milk jalapenos and cheese untiled mixed.
Pour into hot pan.
top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes. Serve.
Notes
*The cornbread mixes that I used for this recipe required milk only. For this recipe, prepare the mix based on the back of the package instructions.
