Ingredients
For the Cupcakes:

box
Chocolate cake mix
1 1/4
cup
water
1/2
cup
vegetable oil
3
eggs
For the Frosting:
1
cup
unsalted butter
room temperature
7
ounces
Marshmallow Fluff
2
cups
powdered sugar
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1-2
Tablespoons
Milk
(optional)
For the Decorations:
1/4
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
For the Cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit and line 2 cupcake pans with cupcake liners.
Mix together the cake mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
For each cupcake tin in the pan approximately 3/4 of the way full. Bake based on the package instructions.
For the Frosting:
Beat butter and powdered sugar until fluffy and well mixed.
Mix in fluff and vanilla by hand and mix well.
If needed mix 1-2 tablespoons milk to get to the desired consistency.
To Decorate:
Place the frosting in a piping bag fitted a large round decorating tip.
Pipe a swirl of icing on top of each cupcake.
Place 3 chocolate chips (2 eyes and a nose) on the front of the frosting to make your ghost face.
Then the cupcakes are ready to serve and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate any leftover cupcakes for up to 5 days.
