Place all the ingredients, except the egg noodles in the Instant Pot.
Stir to combine.
Cover and set the valve to sealing.
Set to high pressure for 20 minutes.
When finished, do a natural release to release the pressure from the instant pot.
Remove the lid and stir in the noodles.
Switch the instant pot to the the sauté setting and cook the noodles for about 5 minutes until they are the tenderness that you prefer.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5 days. You can also brown the round steak prior to making this recipe. Brown the round steak on the sauté setting in the Instant Pot. then stir in the other ingredients except for the noodles and follow the rest of the directions from there.
