Ingredients

extra lean ground beef
Browned and Drained

yellow onion chopped

minced garlic

chopped green cabbage about half of a medium sized head

low-sodium beef broth

bay leaf

Instructions
Place everything but the rice in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours.
15 minutes before ready to eat, remove the bay leaf, stir in the cooked rice and serve
