Ingredients

chicken breasts
(cut into large pieces)

cup
quinoa
(rinsed)

carrots
(peeled and diced)
2
celery stalks
(diced)

onion
diced

chicken broth

water

Tablespoon
Minced Garlic

Bay Leaves

tbsp
fresh parsley

teaspoons
dried oregano

dried basil

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
Remove the chicken from the crock pot. Shred into large pieces and stir it back into the crock pot.
Remove the bay leaves from the crock pot.
Then the soup is ready to serve and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
