Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare the 9x13 (or larger) baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Roll out pizza dough on the baking sheet. Gently push out toward edges till the dough is a rectangle shape.
In a small bowl mix melted butter with garlic salt until combined.
Brush half of the butter mixture evenly over pizza dough.
Layer meat and cheeses in order listed onto dough, slightly overlapping each piece, ending with Mozzarella slices. Leave a 1 inch edge of dough around the meat and cheese.
Along the long edge gently begin rolling dough into a log, careful not to tear the dough. Pinch the edges together to seal the dough.
Brush remaining butter mixture across top of dough and sprinkle with extra garlic salt, if desired.
Make 4 diagonal slits on top of dough to let the steam escape.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let the stromboli rest for 5 minutes. Slice, serve with sauces and enjoy!
Notes
If the stromboli is browning too quickly as it bakes, cover with a sheet of tin foil while it cooks. Fresh chopped parsley and pepper flakes can be sprinkled over the top before serving.Substitute any meat and cheese combo you desire. If you would like a darker crust, brush a beaten egg over dough before baking.
