Cut the chicken breasts into approximately 1 inch strips.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with the salt and pepper and cook until brown on each side (approximately 4-6 minutes).
While the chicken is cooking, cook the pasta in a separate pan based on the package instructions.
Once the chicken is done cooking in the skillet, add in the butter, tomatoes, garlic, paprika and Italian seasoning. Sauté on medium for 4-7 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
Then add in the spinach and cook for a few minutes until it's wilted.
Stir in the heavy whipping cream and parmesan. Cook until the cheese is melted and cream is thoroughly combined.
Stir in the cooked pasta right before serving and enjoy!
