Next pour the soup into freezer safe storage containers or you can use freezer zip lock bags.
Remove as much air as possible from the containers or freezer bags.
Seal and store in the freezer for 3 months.
To defrost, place in the refrigerator for 1-2 days or place the soup in a warm water bath to defrost the frozen soup. Once the soup is removed from the storage container, reheat on the stovetop or microwave.
