Cauliflower
Instructions
Remove the green leaves from the bottom of the cauliflower. Then use a knife to cut off the stem of the cauliflower.
Cut the head of the cauliflower into large florets.
Then cut the larger florets into smaller pieces.
Cut off any excess stems.
Notes
Store cut cauliflower in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
