In a large food processor, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Then add in the cold cubed butter. Pulse until all the ingredients are combined.
Then pour the mixture into a large bowl. Create a well in the center of the mixture and add in the buttermilk and honey. Stir together with a spatula until a dough is formed (do not over mix).
Flour a working surface and knead the dough a few times on that surface. Then roll out the dough to a 1 inch thick rectangle. Then cut out the biscuits with a biscuit cutter or a flour round glass.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the biscuits on the sheet so that they are not touching.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Brush the melted butter on top and then they are ready to serve and enjoy!

*Store any leftover biscuits in an airtight container or bag for up to 1-2 weeks.
