We love this chocolate, fudgy Starbucks Brownies. They are rich in flavor and easy to make with simple ingredients. This copycat brownie recipe is so delicious.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Then add in the cocoa powder and stir until it’s fully combined.
Then stir in the flour and salt and stir until just combined. Be careful to not over mix.
Then fold in 1 1/2 cups of the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the baking dish. Gently tap the baking dish on the counter to level the batter in the pan.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips evenly on top and gently press them down into the batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (make sure it’s not inserted into a chocolate chip).
Cool the brownies on a wire rack for 2 hours before cutting them and serving them.
Notes
Store the leftover brownies in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
