Place the fruit of your choice in the bottom of each of the mason jars (approximately 1/3 cup per jar).
Pour the water into the jar and stir the fruit around. Press the fruit gently with a spoon to slightly smash the fruit so that it releases some of the flavors into the water.
Then add mint leave is you prefer and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Top with the ice right before serving and enjoy!
