Crockpot Baked Potatoes
Try Crock pot baked potatoes for a simple meal. Baked potatoes in crock pot without foil can be thrown together quickly. Make baked potatoes in crock pot.
- 6 Russet Baking Potatoes
- 3 tsp Olive Oil (approximately 1/2 tsp of oil per potato)
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt (approximately 1/4 tsp per potato)
- Foil (optional)
Wash the potatoes and let dry. Poke each potato with a fork a few times. Rub each with oil, then salt. You can wrap in foil, but this is optional.
Place the oiled potatoes in the crockpot (do not had any liquids) and cook on low for about 8 -10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the potatoes are soft.
Carefully remove the potatoes from the crock pot. Cut open the potatoes and top with your favorite baked potato toppings.
Pro tip: I just put a little olive oil in my palm and go to town on each potato. It doesn’t take much.
The cooking time will vary based on the size of the potatoes. If you make multiple size potatoes, you may need to remove the smaller ones before the large ones are done.
