  • lb  bag frozen hash browns thawed
  • lb  breakfast sausage
  • eggs
  • ½  cup  milk
  • cups  shredded cheddar cheese
  • tsp  salt
  • tsp  pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
  • Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a pan, brown and crumble sausage.
  • Drain any excess grease.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  • In a baking dish, spread thawed hash browns into bottom of dish.
  • Spread cooked sausage on top of hash browns.
  • Pour egg mixture on top of that.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Then take foil off and bake for additional 10 minute so the cheese begins to brown a little.
  • Allow it to cool for a few minutes. Then cut and serve.
