  • 24 Pretzel Rods
  • almond bark (or you can use white chocolate)
  • colored dye (I used pink and purple)
  • 4 Colors of peeps

  • Melt 4-5 almond bark bars in a tall glass. Melt them in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between.
  • Dip each pretzel rod into the almond bark. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow it to harden.
  • Melt 2 more bars in a bowl and 2 bars in another bowl. Add a different color in each bowl.
  • Mix in the colored dye until it is blended together.
  • Drizzle the colored dye over the pretzel rods.
  • Take a little bit of the almond bark and put a dab on the back of one of the PEEPS.
  • Place the peeps on the pretzel rod. This will "glue" it to the pretzel.
  • Allow it to cool completely.

This quick dessert will be a hit for an Easter party, a Spring gathering, or even Easter Brunch!
