Ingredients

White Rice
(not instant)

Water

Salsa

Garlic Salt

Cumin
Instructions
Place the rice in the pressure cooker.
Pour in water and salsa on top.
Add in the seasonings and then mix to combine all the ingredients.
Add lid to pressure cooker and make sure the valve is set to sealing.
Press the manual button and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
Allow it to cook.
After the cook time, allow the pressure to release naturally (20-22 minutes) from the pressure cooker.
Remove lid. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
