Brownie Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box Brownie mix (18 oz)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling cookies in)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix together brownie mix, flour, eggs and oil with a wooden or solid plastic spoon. The batter will be very thick by the time you are done mixing.
  • Scoop out the cookie dough with a cookie scoop and roll the cookie dough in powdered sugar.
  • Set cookies 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cookies are set.
  • Remove the cookies and cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
  • Then move to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

*Store these cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1-2 weeks.  Keep a piece of bread in the container with the cookies to keep them moist while you store them.
