Ingredients

premade 12" pizza crust
1
cup
pizza sauce
8
ounces
mozzarella cheese
(shredded)
1/2
cup
Parmesan cheese
(shredded)
4
ounces
pepperoni
fresh basil leaves
(optional)
and any additional pizza toppings you want!
Instructions
Preheat a grill. My gas grill has a thermometer on the lid, so I preheat it to 400, the high temp will give your pizza the crispy bottom crust.
Spread pizza sauce onto the pizza crust.
Add cheese and pepperoni and place directly onto the grill grate. I use a large cutting board to slide mine onto the grill.
You can also use a pizza pan, turn it upside down, place your crust on it and slide your pizza off of the pan onto the grill.
Close the cover and grill for 6-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is brown on the bottom.
Remove from grill and slice. Serve with fresh basil leaves if desired.
Notes
Your kids will love this recipe, I love it, and it is a fun twist on our traditional Homemade pizza.
