Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts

cup
salsa verde
1
cup
monterey jack cheese
shredded

cilantro
chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a 9x13 pan spray with non stick spray.
Place chicken in the bottom of the pan.
Pour the salsa verde over the top of the chicken.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until you reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Top with cheese and cilantro. Then broil for 5 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
Notes
Try this recipe topped with cilantro and crushed tortilla chips, or even a teaspoon of sour cream. Yummy!
