Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, but makes it colder)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed (optional)

Instructions

  • Place spinach and water in a blender. Blend until smooth
  • Add in the pineapple, mango, banana, ice and flaxseed.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • This serves 2.
