Combine sugar and softened butter and beat with mixer.
Add bananas, milk, sour cream and egg whites. Beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Add flour mixture to banana mixture and combine until well mixed.
Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour to an hour and 10 minutes. Bread is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
