  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon powdered Stevia
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until all the ingredients come out smooth. About 1 minutes.
  • Preheat a waffle iron.
  • Spray the waffle iron with non stick cooking spray. (We like coconut oil cooking spray)
  • Add 1/8th of the batter for each waffle.
  • If your batter is too thick, try adding a little almond milk.
