Crockpot Lime Chicken

Ingredients
3-4
boneless Chicken Breast
I cut mine up, but you can easily just throw in frozen chicken breasts -Just throw in how many you need for your family
1/2 to 1
onion chopped
1/4
Cup
mustard
Regular or Dijon
1/4
cup
honey
1
Tablespoon
Soy Sauce
Juice from one lime
or 2 Tablespoons of lime juice
Instructions
Place chicken and onions in crockpot.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
Then pour over chicken and onions.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. If your chicken is frozen it will take closer to 8 hours on low.
We served ours over rice, but to be honest, I liked it just by itself. It would make a great main dish.
Notes
We serve our chicken over rice. I always put a few extra spoonfuls of sauce over mine because I love it!
