Crock pot Meatball Stew Recipe
Crock Pot Meatball Stew Recipe is hearty and delicious. Throw everything in the slow cooker and dinner is a breeze with this simple Crockpot Meatball Stew.
- 1.5 lbs frozen meatballs
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 celery ribs sliced
- 3 carrots peeled and cut into large pieces
- 3 Russet potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 32 oz beef broth
*I usually make this recipe with frozen meatballs but it can be made with homemade meatballs as well.
*Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days.
