Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. thinly sliced steak I used round
  • 1 green peppers sliced
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  • Combine everything but the cheese and rolls in the crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Serve on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese
  • You can place the hoagie rolls under a broiler to get the cheese melted quickly.

Notes

Serve with your family's favorite chips or even some sweet potato fries.
