Place the chicken in the slow cooker. I used a 6 quart crock pot.
Add the onion, peppers, and broth on top.
Top with all the delicious seasonings and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until everything is tender and delicious.
Once everything is finished cooking, I like to shred the chicken and then stir it back into the crock pot with the veggies.
Serve over angel hair pasta and top with Parmesan cheese. Yum!

If you need to thicken your sauce, it is so simple to do. Simply mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in 1 tablespoon of cold water. Whisk the cornstarch into the sauce and that is it! Easy!
