  • 3 zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic


  • Lay out 1 sheet of foil.
  • Cut zucchini into large pieces.
  • Place on the piece of foil.
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic
  • Fold up the foil, making a foil packet.
  • Place packet on the grill for about 5 minutes per side, flipping one time in the middle of that.
  • Open the packet immediately.


Zucchini continues to cook after you pull it off the grill, so open up the packet quickly and remove it right before it is done, so you don't end up with soggy zucchini.
