Ingredients
1 1/2poundchicken breasts(diced into 1 inch pieces)
1poundRusset Potatoes(peeled and dice into 1 inch pieces)
2carrots(peeled and diced)
2tablespoonsyellow curry powder
1canfull fat coconut milk(14 oz)
1fresh lime(juiced)
1tablespoonminced garlic
1/2cupchicken broth
1/2teaspoonground ginger
2tablespoonbrown sugar
1teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonscornstarch
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a crock pot. Stir to thoroughly combine all the ingredeitns.
Cook on low for 4 -5 hours.
