Crockpot Italian Pork Chop Dinner

One pot meals are such a time saver around here and this Crock Pot Pork Chop Dinner does not disappoint. Enjoy tender pork, green beans and tomatoes!

Instructions

  • Spray a crock pot with nonstick spray.
  • Peel and chop potatoes. Then lay them in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Place your pork chops on the top. Then layer the frozen green beans.
  • Pour the diced tomatoes and chicken broth on top.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

*Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
