Ingredients

  • 2 Package Knorr® Selects Spinach Florentine
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey Sausage
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 4 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, brown the turkey sausage with the minced garlic.
  • Once browned, stir in the water and the contents of the Knorr® packages.
  • Bring to a boil. After it begins to boil, turn down the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • When the pasta is al dente, turn the heat off. Stir in the sundried tomatoes and fresh spinach.
  • Allow to set for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Stir in the parmesan cheese.
  • Serve with garlic bread and a side salad.
