Ingredients

can water packed tuna 5-6 oz
drained

cups
egg noodles

tablespoon
butter
1/2
onion diced
2
stalks celery diced
1/2
cup
frozen peas and carrots

condensed mushroom soup
1/3

milk

cup
cheddar cheese
Topping
1/2
cup
panko bread crumbs

tablespoon
butter melted
1
cup
cheddar cheese

tablespoon
fresh parsley
chopped (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°. Combine topping ingredients and set aside.
Boil noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl combine noodles, onions celery, peas, soup, milk, cheese, and tuna. Mix well.
Spread into a 2qt casserole dish and top with the topping.
Bake 20-30 minutes uncovered.
