Crock pot Keto White Chicken Chili Recipe is low carb and delicious. This chili is loaded with so much flavor that the entire family will love this recipe.
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 cup salsa verde
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heaving whipping cream
- 2 cups Monterrey jack cheese
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 roma tomato diced
Place everything but the cream cheese and whipping cream in the crock pot.
Cook on low for 8 hours
Shred the chicken.
Stir in the heavy cream and the cream cheese until melted
Top with Monterrey jack cheese, diced tomatoes, and avocados
