Ingredients

  • 10 oz Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (Rotel)
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 32 oz Velveeta Cheese

Instructions

  • Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain the fat.
  • Place in a small crock pot. I used a 3 quart crock pot.
  • Place rotel on top.
  • Cube the velveeta and place in the crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Notes

If you want your dip thinner stir in 1/2 cup of milk.
