  • 6 boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 lemons Juiced


  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Then add the onions.
  • Next place the chicken in a gallon size bag with the marinade and allow for it to marinade overnight.
  • Place the chicken on a preheated grill. Cook for about 20 minutes on the grill or until the chicken is cooked through (no longer pink in the middle).
  • Grill additional lemon to serve with the chicken (optional).
