rump roast
cut into pieces

bbq sauce

cup
beef broth
1
chipotle pepper in adobe sauce
1
tablespoon
sauce from the can of chipotle peppers

Corn Tortillas

fresh cilantro

onion
diced
any other taco toppings
Instructions
Place roast, chipotle pepper, sauce and bbq and broth in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred the beef.
Serve on tortillas with your favorite taco toppings. I suggest cilantro and onions.
