Crock Pot Chipotle BBQ Steak Tacos Recipe
This delicious Crock Pot Chipotle BBQ Steak Tacos Recipe is so simple but takes street tacos to the next level. Try these flavorful shredded beef tacos!
- 2 pounds rump roast cut into pieces
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobe sauce
- 1 tablespoon sauce from the can of chipotle peppers
- 12 Corn Tortillas
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 onion diced
- any other taco toppings
Place roast, chipotle pepper, sauce and bbq and broth in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred the beef.
Serve on tortillas with your favorite taco toppings. I suggest cilantro and onions.
