Ingredients

chicken breast - filleted or you can use 8 bone-in chicken thighs
3/4
cup
orange juice

limes Juiced

cup
cilantro chopped

tsp
mint extract

tbsp
minced garlic

tsp
oregano

tsp
cumin

tsp
salt
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3 hours.
When finished place the chicken on a cookie sheet lined with foil (optional).
Spoon the extra sauce on top of the chicken.
Broil for 5 minutes on each side or until brown.
Notes
We prefer to serve this delicious chicken over white rice with our favorite roasted vegetable!
