Ingredients

lbs
pork tenderloin
1
cup
orange juice
2
limes juiced
1
cup
cilantro chopped
1/3
cup
mint chopped
1
tbsp
minced garlic
1
tsp
oregano
1
tsp
salt

tsp
black pepper

tsp
cumin
1
tbsp
corn starch
1/4
cup
water
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, corn starch, cilantro, mint and water.
Add the pork tenderloin to the crock pot.
Pour the sauce over the top of the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
When finished place the pork on a cookie sheet lined with foil (optional).
Spoon the extra sauce on top of the pork and asparagus.
Broil for 5 minutes on each side or until brown.
Slice and serve.
Notes
We loved this over white rice. It was delicious!
