  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • Place everything in the crock pot. I used a 6 quart crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Slice. and spoon sauce over the pork.
  • serve over white rice.
