  • 4 lbs baby back pork ribs
  • 2 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • 2 Cups Barbecue Sauce
  • 1.5 Cups Dr. Pepper
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Pepper


  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. I use a knife to get one end of the membrane up on one side and then gently pull it off the rest of the ribs.
  • Cut the ribs into 3 pieces and add to the slow cooker.
  • Add in all the other ingredients on top of the ribs in the crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
  • Once done, place on a foiled line cooking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes until the ribs are slightly browned.
  • Serve with additional barbecue sauce and enjoy!
